Yes. the vehicle title must have your listed as the legal owner to qualify for a title loan with Secured Equity. If there is another person on the title with you, they must also be present and apply as a co-applicant.
After your application has been completed and submitted a Secured Equity associate will contact you to schedule a time to review and validate all of the required documentation indicated including your title. A vehicle appraisal will be required and performed by our one of our associates as well to determine the total amount your vehicle qualifies for the title pawn.

When you complete your title pawn repayment, Secured Equity Title Pawn will release its interest in the vehicle by removing its lien from your title. This process is dependant ont the states Department of Motor Vehicles and the timeframe is out of our direct control. We will do our part as quickly as possible.
